RIVKA WATTERS

The program creator, Rivka Watters, has been a professional actress, singer and dancer for over 15 years and has a tremendous amount of training in all three fields. She has studied at the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, as well as at the Toronto-based comedic workshop Second City and with top coaches in Los Angeles. Rivka began singing classically at a young age, and has taken a wide range of dance lessons since the age of three, from jazz, ballet and tap to hip hop. Rivka has appeared in feature films, played leading and supporting roles in T.V series, and has been seen in many commercials. She has performed song and dance in concert all over Canada and the United States, also making many T.V and radio appearances debuting those talents. With all she has learned through her experiences, Rivka wishes to share her love of drama, song and dance with the girls in her community. In 2007, Rivka became a board member for ATARA, Association of Torah Artist and Religious Arts. This organization brings together Jewish women from all over the world by advertising concerts, classes and events, and with our annual two-day conference. In 2008 she co-created "Koleinu", a women's performance troupe. Koleinu performs annually in a collaboration of dance and song to raise money for local charities. |

With over 20 years of experience in the dance world, Keri has taught throughout Toronto, competed and performed internationally and has extensive training in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, hip-hop, and flamenco. Keri's energetic approach to teaching fosters a safe, fun and challenging environment for her students to develop as dancers, and as individuals. She is also proud to be the Founder of "Keri's Dancin' Kids - Energized Entertainment" specializing in Birthday Parties and Special Events for Children.

SUSAN DUNSTAN
Vocal Instructor & Coordinator
Susan was a featured vocalist in the World Premiere stage version of The Lord of the Rings, and has also played lead roles in Tony Award winning musicals such as The Lion King. Miss Dunstan is well known in the industry for teaching the art of belting. She currently teaches those wanting to make performing a career as well as those already working professionally in the entertainment business. She has taught audition technique and voice at George Brown College as well as Equity Showcase Theatre and has music and piano degrees from The Royal Conservatory of Music and U of T. Susan's background and expertise will provide a professional and fun atmosphere for the entire camp experience. |

DANIELLA WATTERS
Dance Instructor
Since Daniella was a child, she has participated and excelled at all sorts of artistic activities. Daniella is an accomplished dancer, who studied at the Canadian National Dance Academy . She has taken many years of tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop. Daniella is a professionally trained vocal artist, and has performed her talents all over Canada and the United States , making many T.V and radio appearances. Daniella is also a member of the Canadian professional performing organization ACTRA, through all her film and television work such as commercials and a short film that appeared in the Toronto Film Festival. Daniella continues to make singing and dance a part of her everyday life, sharing her love of artistic expression with those around her. |

Jackie Saltzman (B.A.Hons. PTS, FIS, CPR, ADAPT)
Dance Instructor
Jackie is an international performer, teacher and choreographer. She
teaches jazz,tap, ballet, acro, hip hop, contemporary and musical theatre.
Jackie is also a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She is
currently completing her Masters in Physio Therapy at McMaster University.
Bringing a wealth of technical expertise with her positive and outgoing
personality, Jackie looks forward to teaching guest workshops at Neshama
this year. |

KINNERET DUBOWITZ
Yoga Creative Dance Instructor
Kinneret has a Masters in Creative Arts Therapy with a specialization in Dance Movement. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher from the TorontoSchool of Slow Yoga, and has been teaching yoga for 11 years. Kinneret is actively teaching creative dance movement and yoga to children, adults and seniors. She teaches children at TorahTotsPre-School, and has taught at Montessori. Kinneret also runs Jewish Yoga classes for women at Chabad Lubavich and provides retreats for Jewish women that involve creative arts, dance, exercise and Torah learning. |

EMILY VICK
Emily has performed in Canada, USA, Asia, Australia, South America and
Singapore and is thrilled to be returning to Toronto working with Neshama
Theatre. She has taught theatre and music for several theatre camps, as
well as working in classrooms as an elementary educator. She is currently
pursuing her Master’s degree at Bank Street College of Education in New York
City. In addition to teaching and performance, she started a theatre
company which was featured at the New York International Fringe Festival.
Emily recorded her first CD this year which included a mix of classic and
contemporary songs and a few new compositions, with proceeds supporting a
school in Romania. Emily looks forward to sharing her love of music this
summer. |
